I’m no longer in the area, but continue to use Elite Auto for all of my service needs. I travel over an hour each way just because I trust their work so much. They always try to give me a convenient appointment and fast service. I have a 2008 Volvo and won’t take it anywhere else.

Elite was excellent. My truck was running rough and I wasn’t sure where to go because my mechanic retired. A few of my friends from town recommended them. They figured out the problem and fixed it now my truck is running like it’s brand new again. I will definitely be using Elite as my GoTo for now on.

Great customer service. Found the problem with my car that two other places couldn't. They fixed it promptly. All are very knowledgeable. I found my new auto place!

Worst experience ever, spent $2400 to have work done, they had my truck 3 months, now I'm having to have all the work redone at another shop because nothing is done right. They told me my truck was ready. I came to pick it up. The battery was completely dead, couldn't start the truck. I jumped it, and the power steering was screaming. There was no fluid whatsoever in.It.Went to the store, got power steering fluid, put it in and the truck ran.Terrible the whole way home, everything stunk, like gas.After they replaced my fuel tank fuel pump and fuel lines.Now you can't fill the tank past halfway, or it spills gas everywhere.They were supposed to do a front end inspection.They told me everything was good.My tie rod and my ball joint are completely blown out.That somehow they didn't notice that either.And then one of the employees emailed me asking if I could send them amazon gift cards for their friend who was sick.And they would take it off of my bill.And when I brought it up to the owner, all that was said, was he would talk to them.I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.Horrible experience.Horrible service.And now I have to pay to have it, redone all over again.If I could give less than one star, I would

I came across this place after I went to the actual dealer And got quoted for a break and Rotors replacement job. I did get a second quote from elite automotive and decided to give the mom and Pop shop a chance. After bringing the car back to the shop for the third time with an ongoing squeaking after the parts were replaced, it seemed to take a while to pinpoint the issue finally, after the third time they seem to be working, but now they are squeaking from the rear side I never thought that such a simple job was going to cause so much chaos. Lesson learned just suck it up and bring it to the dealer.

I have been using Elite Auto now for 4 years. This time i brought in my Honda CRV to be worked on. They found the problem and fixed it. They also identified other problems during an inspection. No pressure from them to fix those identified. The original problem was fixed. Once again excellent service.Highly recommended!

Outstanding service at fair prices

Great repair shop, they discovered my gfs ecu was damaged on the pins and managed to get it fixed for a very fair price , Joey is the best!

Great shop with honest and reliable mechanics ! Joey managed to do a whole transmission swap on my van in 1 day ! Very impressed and will definitely be going back if needed in the future .

My brake caliper fell off on my jeep because the last mechanic didn’t tighten it properly which punctured a hole in my rim. Elite towed the jeep to their shop and put a new bowl in and swapped over the spare tire. They charged me $320 for that. When I called, I specifically said that I need the spare rim swapped over to the current tire that was flat. I told them my spare deflates after just a day. They did not do this so now I have to pump my tire up from 10 PSI to 35 every single day. They also said that the price estimate would be 300. Worst case scenario I need a new caliper but it was over that and they didn’t even change anything in the brakes. They said to me that they did brake pads and also didn’t do them. And they didn’t give me my tire back so I had to go and get it the following day. I am sure that they do good work, but unfortunately, I think I just had a bad experience with them.

Elite automotive diagnosed and fixed a water leak in my car that other automotive shops were unable to do. They kindly dried the inside of my car to the best of their ability too. Couldn’t be happier with their service and repair

I recently stopped in to make an appointment for my Explorer. I was having a minor issue with my Bronco that I was driving at the time. One of the mechanic, Jamie, resolved the issue and also gave me some good advice to avoid this issue in the future. A few weeks before I brought my Bronco in to schedule an oil change and they were able to take it in right there on the spot. That saved me having to leave work early. The team at Elite are all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend Elite to friends all the time.

I've been going to Elite automotive for the three year we've lived here, for regular maintenance and repairs. All the work has been done promptly and at pricing similar to our friend who performed our services when we lived elsewhere. I've had several conversations about prospective work with Dave (owner?, Dad?) and with Sue at the desk (daughter?). Both are very informative and answer questions fully. Dave has even taken me into the garage to explain and point out issues with my car. Strongly recommend.

I have a 2013 prius, the head gasket went and I needed a new engine. Most mechanics won't touch my plug in hybrid, elite pouted a fair price, replaced the engine and my baby is running like new. All around best experience I've had with a car repair ever. Thanks elite.

After leaving the dealership with a estimate of over $2000 for two new tires and rear brakes, I took my car to elite. They charged me only $650 for two tires and said that brakes weren’t needed! They saved me a bunch of money, and I truly appreciate their honesty more than anything!
